Desmopan® 487 by Covestro is an ester based thermoplastic polyurethane block copolymer grade.

It shows grease and oil-resistance, good heat resistance, short cycle times and low compression set.
It exhibits good weather resistance, excellent high-energy radiation resistance, low glass transition temperature and high melting point.
It is designed for injection molding method.
Desmopan® 487 is recommended for automotive engineering, roller coating, seals, membranes and damping elements.
