DANTHANE® 125H

DANTHANE® 125H by Danquinsa is an aromatic polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU, Polyester) grade, acting as a good solvent in dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Exhibits low softening point, good adhesive behavior and hydrolysis resistance. Designed for calender and extrusion processing methods. Coated films made from DANTHANE® 125H shows good resistance to all organic solvents. Is applied by melt calander coating of textiles and other supporting materials. Recommended for production of coated textiles such as sealing of seams, membrane foils, mattress coatings, thermo-bond equipment and good thermic welded foils. Can also be used as polyvinylchloride, PVC-modifier. Powder form of DANTHANE® 125H is referred as DANTHANE® 125H which can be applied by spread coating, powder and dot point coating. Complies with FDA, 21CFR, §177/2600.
