DANTHANE® 125K-20F-Granule by Danquinsa is a self-cleaning blend of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Exhibits high flexibility and resistance against dry cleaning, hydrolysis, washing and microbe contamination, excellent chemical non-stick properties of Teflon (PTFE) and very high slippage of surface and good solubility in dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Suitable especially for calender and film extrusion applications. Films made from DANTHANE® 125K-20F-Granule shows good resistance to all organic solvents. Recommended for coating of industrial textiles, transport elements and conveyor belts, drive sections (flat drive belts) and for coating of non-woven supporting materials such as big-bags, containers & special hoses. Can also be used as polyvinylchloride, PVC-modifier. Complies with FDA, 21CFR, §177/2600.
