ENGAGE™ 8207

ENGAGE™ 8207 by Dow is an easily colorable, low density, light weight, talc-dusted polyolefin elastomer (POE) grade based on ethylene octene copolymer. It possesses excellent flow characteristics & electrical properties, high filler loading, improved impact in polypropylene and polyethylene. It exhibits exceptional heat aging, compression set and weather resistance when cured. It provides excellent physical properties including elasticity, toughness, low temperature ductility and reduced surface gloss. It offers excellent processability, better thermal stability & heat resistance, improved impact resistance and low temperature performance. It shows low shrinkage, easy mixing, forming & processing on plastic and rubber equipments. It is recyclable for in-process scrap re-use. It can be processed using injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. ENGAGE™ 8207 is recommended for wire & cable, impact modified and general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer applications.
