NORDEL™ IP 3640

NORDEL™ IP 3640 by Dow Chemical is an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) grade with medium molecular weight distribution. Contains 55% of mass ethylene, 1.8% of mass 5-ethylidenenorbornene (ENB) and 4% mass crystallinity. Exhibits ultra-low gel, easy processing and exceptional uniformity. Is highly reproducible and provides predictable results and low catalyst residues for reduced scrap. NORDEL™ IP 3640 is recommended for conveyor belts, peroxide-cured building profiles (belts), bicycle, truck, passenger car, ATV and blending with butyl rubber in motorcycle inner tubes. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 21 CFR 177.1520, 21 CFR 175.105 and 21 CFR 177.1210.
