Arnitel® EB463

Arnitel® EB463 by DSM is a high-performance, impact modified, heat stabilized, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) elastomer. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by extrusion blow molding. It possesses flexibility, strength & excellent processing characteristics. Arnitel® EB463 offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. It provides more cost-effective and 20-40% lighter solutions than rubber. It allows for highly reliable solutions due to its high-temperature resistance (more temperature resistance than TPV). It is used in automotive-CVJ inboard boots and bellows. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
