Arnitel® EM550-H

Arnitel® EM550-H by Envalior is heat-stabilized, high performance, thermoplastic copolyester grade. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact and ultimately, system costs. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance. It offers a unique combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance & strength and excellent processing characteristics. This grade is processed by extrusion and injection molding. It has good resistance against hydraulic fluids, offers good low temperature flexibility and allows for high peak temperature resistance. It allows high ductility at low temperature and excellent stability & good strength at typical curing temperatures. It offers lower torque in extrusion and better stability measured in tolerances. Arnitel® EM550-H is recommended for hydraulic hoses, mandrels as supportive tool and vacuum bags.
