Arnitel® EM631-HB

Arnitel® EM631-HB by Envalior is a high performance, heat stabilized, thermoplastic copolyester grade. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It possesses high chemical resistance. This grade offers a unique combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance & strength and excellent processing characteristics. Arnitel® EM631-HB is processed by extrusion. It allows for light weight- (75% lighter compared to rubber), cost effective- (up to 50% lower system costs than rubber) and sustainable solutions (compared to PA12). It also allows for reliable solutions due to its peak temperatures resistance up to 180°C-200°C and its good heat aging due to continuous use temperatures 120°C-170°C. It is recommended for brake tubing application with Arnitel® CM622.
