Hytrel® PC988 NC010 by Celanese is a plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is light stabilized, impact modified and contains non-discoloring stabilizer. Possesses good melt stability, excellent toughness, resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. Provides resistance to industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, coating, calandering, casting, film-, sheet-, profile- and other extrusion. Mostly used in parts for healthcare industry. Hytrel® PC988 NC010 is suitable for food contact applications.
