Solprene® 1322

Solprene® 1322 commercialized by Dynasol is a high molecular weight linear random -block styrene-butadiene copolymer grade. Contains 30% of styrene content (22% present as a polystyrene block) and non-staining antioxidant system. It is a high purity polymer, essentially gel free with a clear color. Insoluble in water while soluble in organic solvents. Used as an elastomeric impact modifier for plastics, especially in high gloss HIPS (high impact polystyrene) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) by the “in situ” polymerization process. It is packed in bales wrapped in polystyrene-polybutadiene film. Solprene® 1322 commercialized by Dynasol complies with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), US Environmental Protection Agency, HSDB (US National Library of Medicine) and RTECS (US Dept. of Health & Human Services).
