Elastron® V V101.A47.N by Elastron is a soft, colorable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) which consists of a dynamically cured ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) phase closely dispersed in a polyolefin phase (PP). Exhibits bondability to polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). Provides good physical properties, low density, tear strength, flexibility from temperatures -40 to 140°C and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. Shows resistance to fatigue, chemicals, acids and bases. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® V V101.A47.N is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include automotive, appliances, construction, electrical, electronics and consumer goods. Complies with RoHS, UL 94 HB rating, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000.
