SANTOPRENE™ 101-45W255 by Celanese is a soft, black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It contains a stabilization system for protection against copper and other metal-catalyzed degradation. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shows property to retain in presence of typical dishwasher and washing machine detergents. SANTOPRENE™ 101-45W255 is shear-dependent and suitable for processing by coextrusion, multi injection-, injection molding, profile- and sheet extrusion. Used in appliance components like dishwasher-, washer seals and gaskets. Complies with UL94 HB flame rating, RoHS and REACH.
