SANTOPRENE™ 111-45 by Celanese is a soft, versatile thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is polyolefin-based and recyclable within the manufacturing stream. Possesses good physical properties. Exhibits chemical- and excellent ozone resistance. It is shear-dependent and suitable for processing by injection- and multi-injection molding. Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance. Used in cell phones, sealing applications, automotive applications like air filter gaskets, HVAC flapper door seals, motor brush holders, plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, seals and gaskets, consumer applications like electronics, floor care, printer parts and industrial applications. SANTOPRENE™ 111-45 complies with UL94 HB flame rating and RoHS.
