SANTOPRENE™ 121-60M200

SANTOPRENE™ 121-60M200 by Celanese is a soft, black polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It is a recyclable, shear-dependent grade. It is specially formulated with high flow properties and excellent aesthetics for use in injection molded parts such as automotive glass encapsulation. It can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding. Designed with higher gloss to allow for a wider range of gloss tailoring via mold surface. Recommended for applications requiring superior part surface appearance with minimal to no flow defects or tiger stripes. Used for automotive and outdoor applications for glass encapsulated weather seals and gaskets for quarter lights. SANTOPRENE™ 121-60M200 complies with RoHS.
