SANTOPRENE™ 123-40 by Celanese is UV resistant, hard polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Offers chemical and ozone resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream. It is shear-dependent and suitable for processing by coextrusion, blow-, multi injection-, injection molding, profile & sheet extrusion, blow extrusion, thermo and vacuum forming. Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance. Used in automotive applications like weather seals, exterior trim and outdoor applications. SANTOPRENE™ 123-40 complies with RoHS.
