SANTOPRENE™ 151-70W256 by Celanese is a soft, flame retardant and black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, shear-dependent and suitable for processing by injection-, multi injection molding. It is designed to meet Underwriter Laboratories (UL) subjects 6703, 6703A, 3730 and 1703 material requirements for both junction boxes and connectors (both enclosure and insulation) for use in photovoltaic systems. Used in outdoor applications. SANTOPRENE™ 151-70W256 is RoHS-, REACH- and UL 94 (V-1, 5VA, 746A) compliant grade.
