SANTOPRENE™ 201-73 by Celanese is a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is soft, versatile, colorable polyolefin-based resin with good physical properties. Exhibits excellent chemical and ozone resistance. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and is shear-dependent. Suitable for processing by coextrusion, injection blow molding, multi injection-, injection molding, profile-, sheet-, blow extrusion, thermoforming and vacuum forming. Used in appliance components, automotive applications like plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, seals and gaskets, under the hood, electrical parts, consumer applications, soft-touch grips, diaphragms and tubing. Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance. SANTOPRENE™ 201-73 complies with RoHS.
