SANTOPRENE™ 291-75B150 by Celanese is a colorable, specialty polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is especially formulated to bond to PC, ABS, PC/ABS, ASA and PMMA for applications where hard/soft combinations are required. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and is shear-dependent. Provides a broad processing window in injection molding. Suitable for processing by coextrusion, injection- and multi-injection molding. Used in automotive applications like plugs, bumpers, grommets, clips, consumer applications like power tools, writing instruments, kitchen tools, automotive under the hood, bonding, cell phones, eyeglass frames, flexible grips, kitchenware, living hinges, seals and gaskets, tie-layer, white goods, soft-touch grips, small appliances and recommended for applications requiring superior part surface appearance.
