Dryflex® VE 80A101

Dryflex® VE 80A101 by Hexpol is an impact modified, recyclable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Is a lightweight grade, exhibiting high performance, easy processing, excellent flow, high thermal stability, improved flexibility, durability, surface appearance and aesthetics. Possesses soft-touch appeal, less isotropic effects, low compression set, specific gravity and flex fatigue, enhanced tensile- and elongation properties. Shows resistance to UV, ozone, weather, heat, chemical, aggressive fluids such as oils, acids, bases and aqueous solutions. Provides adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) in multi-component usages. Designed for extrusion and thermoforming applications. Dryflex® VE 80A101 is recommended for automotive weather-seals and dynamic gaskets.
