Lifoflex® UV 60 GA 1060

Lifoflex® UV 60 GA 1060 is a UV resistant styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) copolymer based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Exhibits resistance against aqueous solutions, inorganic acids & bases, good adhesion to PP/PE, excellent mechanical properties, hardness and recyclability. Is a physiologically harmless grade offering good processability and high flexibility. It can be processed by injection molding. Used in consumer/household applications such as sealing for storage boxes, soft-touch surfaces for packaging & 2-component grips for kitchen equipment, soft seats for sledges, wheels for toy cars & toy characters and sports & leisure markets for bicycle grips, soft touch grips for hiking, nordic walking sticks & fins. It is also used in sealing for electronic housings and grips for toothbrushes, sealing & closures for packaging and anti-slip grips for baby tableware for healthcare industry. Conforms with FDA, 10/2011/EC and EN71/3 (toys), european directives 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2003/11/EC.
