Mediprene® 520350M

Mediprene® 520350M by Hexpol is a standard, recyclable and biocompatible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Is a polyvinylchloride- (PVC), silicone- and latex free grade. Exhibits flexibility, elasticity, colorability, no toxic fumes, short cycle times, good compression set and resistance to chemical and weather. Provides adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE). Shows sterilization with steam (autoclave), ethylene oxide (EtO) and gamma irradiation. Designed for injection molding and extrusion processing methods. Mediprene® 520350M is recommended for face masks & airway management, IV systems, intubation equipment, drip chambers, tubing, patient comfort, incontinence and wound care products. Suitable for connectors, seals, resealing membranes & stoppers, medical packaging and soft-touch touch grips on medical devices. Complies with FDA 21CFR, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, USP Class VI, USP , ISO 10993-5, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485:2003.
