AVALON® 85 AE

AVALON® 85 AE by Huntsman TPU is a plasticizer-free, polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits excellent surface definition and durability. Shows resistance to abrasion, cut, scratch and slip. Offers perfect mold definition, fast production cycle times, excellent multilayer bonding, transparency effects, flex performance at low temperatures, protection and stability. It delivers comfort and performance with good paintability and leather-rubber like finish. It can be stabilized against premature yellowing and discoloration. Suitable for processing by injection molding. AVALON® 85 AE is used in boots and sports footwear applications.
