AVALON® 95 AB by Huntsman TPU is a halogen-, phthalate free and recyclable polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Shows easy reliable bonding, high transparency, excellent multilayer bonding, easy processing with consistent quality. Possesses matt/ shiny appearance and perfect surface definition. Exhibits high abrasion-, improved slip-, scratch- and flex resistance, even at low temperatures. It is suitable for processing by injection molding with fast cycle times. AVALON® 95 AB is used in footwear applications like outsoles, slippers, unit-soles, top-pieces and kippers, sport and outdoor applications like sports plates, studs and cleats, eyelets, shanks, decorative parts, air bags, stabilizer and components. It is a RoHS- and REACH compliant grade.
