TPE 2518

TPE 2518 by Jinjiang City Shida Plastic Fine is a soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin. It is environment-friendly and free of toxic substances. Exhibits excellent tensile strength, elongation and plasticity. Shows good compatibility with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and helps in reducing its hardness. During processing, it enhances the elasticity, flexibility and tenderness of polymers like polyethylene (PE), styrene butadiene styrene (SBS), polystyrene (PS) and polypropylene (PP). It is capable of mixing with the polymer materials without changing the original production process and technique. Suitable for EVA shooting out slippers and flat foaming. The ideal dosage of TPE 2518 by Jinjiang City Shida Plastic Fine ranges between 5% and 20%.
