THERMOLAST® S TF3ZGO-LCNT

THERMOLAST® S TF3ZGO-LCNT by Kraiburg is a thermoplastic elastomer grade for extremely soft applications. Exhibits substantially reduced tendency to oil out, good media resistance and high elasticity. Possesses dry, very soft surface similar to human skin. Provides excellent mechanical properties and outstanding compression set at room temperature. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and 3D printing. It is recommended for gel & soft pads, bike equipment, orthosis, toys, fishing baits and cosmetic applications. The product’s good skin compatibility also makes it outstandingly suitable for paramedical applications such as orthopedic appliances that do not necessarily require medical approvals. It is tested according to ISO 10993-10 (skin irritation), raw materials conforms to regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and FDA CFR21. THERMOLAST® S TF3ZGO-LCNT conforms to DIN EN 71-3 standards for toys.
