KRATON® D1160 BT

KRATON® D1160 BT by KRATON is a clear white, general purpose, linear, triblock copolymer based on styrene and isoprene (SIS) with bound styrene of 18.5% mass. Exhibits insolubility in water, high strength, good heat sealability, easy processing and low viscosity. It is essentially odorless and available in South America as a porous pellet dusted with talc. It can be processed using compression molding and cast film extrusion. Used in formulating adhesives, in particular hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives. Possible applications include general consumer and industry applications.
