Pearlbond™ DIPP-119

Pearlbond™ DIPP-119 is a polycaprolactone copolyester based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Exhibits low melting point, excellent transparency, flexibility, elasticity and easy processing. Offers improved adhesion over polar substrates. Is soluble in MEK, DMF and THF; diluents such as cyclohexanone and toluene can be added. Pearlbond™ DIPP-119 is suitable for processing by film extrusion (flat films). Used for PVC compounding and solvent coatings on textile substrates.
