Pearlstick™ 5714

Pearlstick™ 5714 is a linear, crystalline polyether-type thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade by Lubrizol. Is lightly dusted with calcium stearate and contains UV stabilizer. Offers low temperature flexibility, hydrolytic stability and excellent abrasion-, fungal- & chemical resistance. Exhibits high tenacity, stress-strain power, surface tack and low melting point. Can be processed by extrusion or injection molding. Pearlstick™ 5714 is used in adhesives, fabric coatings, magnetic media binders and cast films for lamination. Adhesives can be applied from solution or extruded as a melt coating.
