Adsyl 5 C 30 F is a water insoluble thermoplastic olefin elastomer grade by LyondellBasell. Exhibits low temperature heat sealability, good optical properties and does not contain slip and anti-block additives. Provides high hot tack, melting point, good processability, broad operating window and improved gas barrier in metallised film. Designed for BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), cast film, double bubble extrusion processes. Used as a sealing, metallized layer in co-extruded film applications. Adsyl 5 C 30 F is recommended for packaging applications including double bubble shrink, food packaging, breathable, stationery and lamination film. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC, End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520.
