Adsyl 7624 XCP

Adsyl 7623 XCP is a water insoluble, yellow colored thermoplastic olefin elastomer. Possesses low temperature heat sealability, excellent optical properties and anti-block additives. Provides high hot tack, melting point, good processability, broad operating window and improved gas barrier in metallized film. Is suitable for processing by BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), cast film and double bubble extrusion. It is used as a sealing layer in co-extruded and metallizable film applications. Recommended for packaging applications including double bubble shrink-, food packaging-, shrink and lamination film. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU, US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals and EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC. Meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520 and 21 CFR 176.170(c).
