Hifax CA 10 A

Hifax CA 10 A by LyondellBasell is a water insoluble, natural colored polypropylene based thermoplastic olefin elastomer (TPO) grade. It is manufactured using LyondellBasell’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Exhibits good processability, excellent softness, low stiffness and low hardness. Provides medium heat-, good impact- and high environmental stress cracking (ESCR) resistance. Suitable for processing by extrusion compounding, extrusion flat-die, extrusion wire, blown film, calandering, extrusion pipe sheet, semi-finished products and extrusion thermoforming. Recommended for flexible water-proofing membranes, single ply roofing, panels and profiles. Hifax CA 10 A is designed for TPO foils, skins, wire and cable. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU, US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals and EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520.
