ZELAS™ 7025

ZELAS™ 7025 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a high performance olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE-O) grade with high rubber content. It is soft, non sticky providing high heat seal resistance. Exhibits high transparency, flexibility, heat resistance along with high strength and excellent impact resistance. It is autoclave and ethylene oxide (ETO) sterilizable. Shows easy coloring, processability and excellent compatibility with polyolefins. Suitable for easy heat seal process. It can be processed by blown film extrusion. Recommended for medical applications such as infusion bags/ bottles, tubes and seals. ZELAS™ 7025 by Mitsubishi Chemical complies with Japanese Pharmacopoeia XV.
