TPSiV™ 4100-70A by DuPont is a soft silky, thermoplastic silicone vulcanizate (TPSiV) elastomer. Exhibits bondability, scratch resistance, low compression set, good abrasion resistance and mechanical properties. Shows excellent bonding to polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and similar polar substrates. Provides mar resistance, low emissions and volatiles. Designed for overmolding injection molding process. TPSiV™ 4100-70A is recommended for seals, enclosures, consumer electronics, mobile communication devices, computers, sports and leisure applications.
