KRATON® D1170 BT

KRATON® D1170 BT by KRATON is a clear white, general purpose, linear, triblock copolymer based on styrene and isoprene (SIS) with a polystyrene content of 19%. Exhibits insolubility in water, high strength, good heat sealability, easy processing and low viscosity. It is essentially odorless and available in South America as a porous pellet dusted with talc. Is suitable for processing by compression molding. Used as a modifier of bitumen or thermoplastics. Suitable for adhesives, sealants and coating applications. Possible applications include general consumer and industry applications.
