Versaflex™ HC 2110-35N by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is thermoplastic elastomer grade. It offers low piercing force, good spike retention, flow, processing stability, colorability, mold release, moldability and sterilizability. It is processed by injection molding. It is developed as an alternative to traditional isoprene rubber solutions for infusion stoppers & septums that require multiple needle penetration with good resealing performance. It is suitable for medical/healthcare, membranes, overmolding, plugs, seals and sealing device. Versaflex™ HC 2110-35N complies with ISO 10993 (Part 4 & 5), USP Class VI and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
