Versalloy™ HC 9210-45N by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with halogen free, superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. This grade provides exceptional color ability, good processability and excellent flow for long, thin flow paths. It allows over mold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in over molding, flexible grips, personal care, thin-walled parts, soft touch applications and medical/healthcare applications such as disposable medical items, syringe stoppers. Versalloy™ HC 9210-45N complies with RoHS and USP Class VI.
