ENFLEX® V1040D BLK UV by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a semi-rigid, recyclable polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. Exhibits weather resistance, high heat resistance, elasticity like rubber, low compression set, good processability, overmolding and blending compatibility with polypropylene (PP). Provides weak acid- , alcohol- , base- , detergent- , oil- , ozone- , solvent- and UV resistance. Offers low fogging, very good fatigue resistance and tear strength, self-coloring due to proper masterbatches (MB) and utilized as pre-colored compounds. Suitable for extrusion- and injection blow molding methods. ENFLEX® V1040D BLK UV can be possibly used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, automotive interior, exterior and under the hood applications.
