ENFLEX® V1075A

ENFLEX® V1075A by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a general purpose polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. Exhibits recyclability, elasticity like rubber, high heat resistance, low compression set, good processability, overmolding and blending compatibility with polypropylene (PP). Provides weak acid- , alcohol- , base- , detergent- , oil- , ozone- , solvent- and UV resistance. Shows good performance of vulcanized rubber with advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. Offers low fogging, very good fatigue resistance and tear strength, self-coloring due to proper masterbatches (MB) and utilized as pre-colored compounds. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding methods. Designed to replace thermoset elastomers such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), polychloroprene and traditional thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV). ENFLEX® V1075A can be possibly used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, automotive interior, exterior and under the hood applications.
