EZPrene® 9060A

EZPrene® 9060A by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is 100% recyclable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is soft, easy to color, non-hygroscopic grade with excellent chemical resistance and physical properties.

• It provides excellent flex fatigue resistance and adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS).
• It exhibits low to no water absorption, ozone- and UV resistance.
• It possesses excellent surface aesthetics, fast cycle time, superior weatherability, very wide hardness range, good mechanical resilience properties, low odor and fogging.
• It is designed for extrusion and injection molding processing methods.
• EZPrene® 9060A can be used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, miscellaneous and automotive interiors applications.
