RAVATHANE® R120A65

RAVATHANE® R120A65 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade, providing grease- and oil resistance. It exhibits high elasticity, excellent tear-, abrasion- and scratch resistance and smooth mold.

• It is phthalate-free and exhibiting fast processing cycles.
• It offers high tensile- and tear strength, low temperature flexibility, adhesion to polar substrates and service temperature of -50°C to +100°C.
• It offers good stability towards solvents and light.
• It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, over-molding and film lamination.
• It is possibly used for manufacturing of shoe soles, tactile markers, castor wheels, delineators, animal identification tags, timing belts (toothed belts), hose and tubing.
• It is used in compounding, working shoes, and transparent parts application.
