RAVATHANE® R130D50

RAVATHANE® R130D50 by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable, elastic, saturated polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU). It is hydrolysis-, oxidation-, grease-, oil-, tear-, abrasion- and scratch resistant, resilient, and smooth mold.

• It offers high tensile- and tear strength, low temperature flexibility, adhesion to polar substrates and service temperature of -50°C to +100°C.
• RAVATHANE® R130D50 offers good stability towards solvents and light.
• It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, over-molding and film lamination.
• It is also used in wheel, shoes, injection part, shoe soles, tactile markers, castor wheels, delineators, animal identification tags, timing belts (toothed belts), hose and tubing.
