RTP 1200 S-40D UV is an UV-stabilized ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPUR) grade. Exhibits flexibility, slip resistance, shock absorption, ergonomic comfort and soft texture. It can be processed using injection molding. Applications include elctricals, electronics, gaskets, seals, stoppers, housings, rollers, valves, bumpers, wheels, pads, casters, strain reliefs, cable jacketing, switch contact points, bellows, fuel line covers, housings, shoe soles/ heels, wrist straps, cushions, airbag doors, keycaps, cosmetic cases, handles, grips, pushbuttons, knobs, tool grip, housing overmold, mandrels for hose production, seals for pumping & dispensing systems, grommets and mounting pads for vibration dampening.
