RTP 1500-72D TFE 15

RTP 1500-72D TFE 15 by RTP Company is a lubricated polyether-ester block copolymer (TEEE/COPE) grade filled with 15% PTFE. It exhibits slip-, heat-, chemical-, hydrocarbon- (grease & oil), impact-, creep- resistance. It offers high tensile strength, excellent wear properties, exceptional toughness, low temperature flexibility, excellent flex fatigue, resistance and resilience. It provides shock absorption, ergonomic comfort and soft texture. Applications include automotives, energy, gaskets, stoppers, housings, rollers, valves, bumpers, wheels, pads, casters, strain reliefs, cable jacketing, switch contact points, bellows, fuel line covers, shoe soles/ heels, wrist straps, cushions, airbag doors, keycaps, cosmetic cases, handles, grips, pushbuttons, knobs, housings, discs, wear rings, bushings, and impellers used in pumps, motors, and meters, rollers, linkages and wear strips used in conveying systems. RTP 1500-72D TFE 15 is also suitable for industrial applications including tool grip, housing overmold, mandrels for hose production, seals for pumping & dispensing systems, grommets, mounting pads for vibration dampening, bearings, slides, gears, cams, bushings, rollers and sliding components.
