FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD795 (Americas)

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by SABIC
FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD795 (Americas) by SABIC is an impact modified, non-halogenated and flame retarded blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties, and low specific gravity. Provides heat stability, flexibility and ductility. It offers mold release, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. It is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It is a non-brominated and non-chlorinated grade. Recommended for thin-walled, electronics, electrical components, devices, displays & infrastructure and AC cable jacket applications that require UL62 SVE and NISPE configurations at 90°C or 105°C temperature rating (black color). FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD795 (Americas) meets UL 1581 VW-1 requirements.
