Gallonprene® GP540-8004(n)F is a black colored, flame retardant (VW-1) heavy metal free, halogen free styrene ethylene butylene styrene copolymer [SEBS] grade. Offers good U.V. resistance and can be used instead of PVC. Is suitable for processing by cable extrusion and easily colored with PE based masterbatches. Used in cable jacketing, low voltage cables for earphones and USB cables. Gallonprene® GP540-8004(n)F is made under good manufacturing practice guidelines for the plastic food packaging supply chain as published by the American SPI in Jan 2012. Complies with RoHS regulations.
