Forprene® NEUTRO 6NM001A55 is a natural colored, general purpose thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is made of an elastomeric phase (dynamically vulcanized EPDM) which is deeply dispersed in a polyolefinic thermoplastic matrix. Exhibits excellent UV aging-, ozone-, weathering-, chemical (such as bases, acids, alcohols, detergents, water solutions, solvents)-, fatigue- and abrasion resistance. Possesses recyclability, rubber-like specifications such as elastic recovery (within a wide temperature range) & softness, hardness and high thermal & electrical insulation. Offers excellent processability, colorability and specific rheological properties. It can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for appliances and industrial applications. Is compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH).
