Forprene® NEUTRO 6NM001A75

Forprene® NEUTRO 6NM001A75 is a natural colored, general purpose thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is made of an elastomeric phase (dynamically vulcanized EPDM) which is deeply dispersed in a polyolefinic thermoplastic matrix. Exhibits excellent UV aging-, ozone-, weathering-, chemical (such as bases, acids, alcohols, detergents, water solutions, solvents)-, fatigue- and abrasion resistance. Possesses recyclability, rubber-like specifications such as elastic recovery (within a wide temperature range) & softness, hardness and high thermal & electrical insulation. Offers excellent processability, colorability and specific rheological properties. It can be processed by injection molding. Suitable for use in appliances such as dishwasher pump housing gasket, water drain pipe joint, O-ring shock absorbers for washing machine & tumble dryer shock absorber and industrial applications. Is compliant with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH).
