Electrafil® TPU G/CF40

Electrafil® TPU G/CF40 is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) grade reinforced with 40% glass and carbon fiber. Exhibits good chemical resistance and excellent toughness. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible automotive, electrical & electronic applications include instrument panel bezels, fuel filter housings in automotive products, business machine covers, electrical & electronic housings, disc drive covers, packaging & shipping containers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components, HVAC components, seals, bearings, internal gears, pulleys, connectors, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, and EMI/RFI shielding components.
