Medalist® MD-16155HH by Teknor Apex is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Offers good processability, shorter molding cycle, improved compression set and consistent piston release & travel force due to low coefficient of friction. It is recyclable, steam sterilizable, bio-compatible and can be over-molded onto engineering resin like PP. It is free from DEHP, phthalates, BPA, latex & ADM and does not require pre-drying. Medalist® MD-16155HH is used in plunger stoppers to enhance syringe function. Meets ISO 13485, ISO 10993-5, REACH and SVHC compliance.
