Medalist® MD-32045

Medalist® MD-32045 by Teknor Apex is a halogen-free, filled, lubricated, high performance thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It shows good bonding with ABS, PC/ABS and PC. It exhibits good colorability, flexibility, flow, impact resistance, moldability and sterilizability. It possesses excellent abrasion resistance, very good chemical resistance, medium density and medium hardness. It can be processed using multi- injection molding and injection overmolding. Medalist® MD-32045 is recommended for medical, healthcare and soft touch applications. It is ROHS compliant with agency ratings ISO 10993 Part 5 and ISO 13485.
